I've got what I believe is a Bulgerian side folder on my Lancaster Romy G rifle and I would like to know if I can just knock out the existing sling swivel and use that existing hole to plug in an AR style pushbutton QD swivel?  If someone cound confirm that before I go bending stuff around that would be great.'

I actually tried this on my SBR Krink and had one of these "shoulda had a V8 moments".

I have tried tactical slings on my AK's many times, and always go back to issue, or 1 points. Just my experience.

Sorry, I forgot to say why I was asking....  I'm setting it up for a LEFT hand, cross dominate shooter...  Myself...  I shoot long guns left handed and pistols right so running a two point interferes with my choice of pistol holster and equipment placement.  A single point solves that problem.  Since I'm planning a single point I wanted to just use a QD like I had on my AR...  Will I that hole work for holding a standard push button QD?

Well then this setup would work great for you:

It works better when shooting left handed since the stock isn't in the way.

Looks like a plan....  I've already got the Adidas so I should be set...

I installed the swivel "inside" the stock and use a Spector or Blackhawk single point. Works perfectly, though you need to be careful when folding

Got any photos of that setup?

Thanks
