OK so I got a set of TDI handguards the lower one gos on fine but i can't seem to get the upper one on I can get it on half way but that's it it won't budge so whats the trick i see TDI handguards on aks all the time it can't be that hard to install them

Just sand a small bit from each end a bit at a time if the fit is too tight. Are you using a cresent wrench or vise on the flats of the rear end of the gas tube to get leverage? Upper handguards on the gas tube often need fitting.
