new AK guy, i just got my AK yesterday and i'm taking it to the range tomorrow, can i adjust the elevation WITHOUT a sight tool?

If you have a cleaning kit, you have a tool to adjust elevation.
If you don't have a kit, I suppose you can turn the post with needle nose pliers, although I've never done so.
