Do the Russian AK74S rifles and Krinkovs with left-side folding stocks, particularly ones with wooden pistol grips with grip caps, use the pistol grip reinforcing plate?

Izhmash AKS74 used the plate, Tula AKSU did not.

What about the Bulgarian Krinks that are still available in kit form? Did they come with the reinforcement plates?

The two AKS-74 bulgarian kits from ORF both had the remnants of the grip plates on them.
