Is it possible to scope the Yugo m70 underfolder with the POSP scope?

I wanted that scope, seems like it would fit the role of the 7.62x39 just fine, w/ a 400 meter ranging reticle, 1000 meters is prob. overkill.

Would I just need to have the sideplate rivited/screwed in?

Would it clear the underfolder?
