[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Tromix?

Has anyone had a AK built from their Saiga by TROMIX? I saw their set-up at the OK machine gun shoot last year & looked at their site. Defintely nice looking guns & since a local shop sells Saiga's I was thinking of sending it up to Tromix.

Any other quality builders work with the Saiga receiver? Tromix welds the shoulder stock to receiver, puts in US fire controls, fixes it to accept AK mags, & ? I emailed & that's what I remember from the email... HK sights can be added too for a decent chuck of change.

I can't say what he does with the AK but he built me an AR in 17 rem and it is awesome.
He does great work.

Tony is awesome. Great builds and awesome customer service. Pretty good price IMHO.

I wouldn't hesitate to go with Tromix.

Check with Will at REDJACKET .He does builds off of Saigas.
I'm 4 wks. into my 4-6 wk. wait on a 7.62 - 39 build. When I recieve it I'll give a quality rundown on it .

That's a helluva nice lookin' AK! Definitely going to look into doing a build with Tromix.

I've only heard great things about Tromix, though I don't personally have anything built by Tony. I'd love to have a Saiga 12 built by him someday, too bad we can't have SBRs in Michigan
