[ARCHIVED THREAD] - WASR folder cheekrest

Ok, I'm tired of getting smacked in the cheekbone by the folding stock on my WASR-10. I'm looking at a padded cheekrest on DSARMS.com. It looks like I need the top one. Anyone who has one, please tell me how it fits or if I should be looking at something else.

some copper pipe insulation from home depot and electrical tape would probably be alot cheaper than $25

That or paracord wrap gets you a chicken dinner

I did this para cord wrap, it works, stays put, and looks halfway decent too:

I've done the pipe insulation with OD "100 mile/hour" tape on a couple guns. Works great and looks tacticool
