Hey guys,

I'm pretty new to the "AK World"

My friend, who builds AK's and is very knowledgeable about them pointed me to this AK:
AKM-47RS

Has anyone ever heard of Lancaster consulting? How are their guns?

I am also looking at this AK:

Saiga Conversion

I'm more familiar with Saiga, but I've never used one, are they good rifles?

Thanks in advance

For the SAIGA, you can pick one up in stock configuration for less than $250.00 in 7.62x39, a bit more for .223 and about $335.00 with tax for a .308.  If you can look them over you can check to see if the pistol grip nut and trigger opening are already cut.  My .308 was, 7.62x39 was not.  You can then do the conversions yourself.  Took 3 hours to do my .308.  You will save around $200.00 or more and get the same rifle.

I saw the Lancaster Consulting firms Polish AKs at the SAR show and they looked very nice but kind of pricey.  If you get one from Atlantic Firearms and mention you are a member here you get a lower price.

The sa m-7 is tested at the end of this.
