No.

But you can rent the threading die and do it yourself in about 10-15 minutes.  There was a link posted last night where a person has been renting a set for about $15.00 + shipping.

I did my first one in about twenty minutes on a SAR-1.  I removed the FSB (actually removed the two crosspins and moved the FSB back about a 1/4 inch), put lubricant on the TAT (thread alignment tool), started the threaded die on the TAT and inserted it into the barrel.  Rotate the die on the TAT until it starts cutting threads on the barrel.  Back it off after every 1/4 - 1/2 turn or so to clear the threads of metal chips.

On some dies it will cut a chamfer on the end of the barrel to start the die.  You then flip the die over after a turn around the barrel to cut the actual threads.  Keep the barrel well lubricated while threading.  You may need to back the die off and clean out the thread with a small wire brush.

I cut threads just below the area where the FSB mounts.  Reinstall the FSB and before installing the front crosspin put your new plunger pin and spring in to hold your muzzle devices in place.

After I did my first one I could usually do them in 10 minutes.  Sometimes you may not be able to get the crosspins out easily with a punch.  If penetrating oil or heat doesn't work use a oversized center punch to start the crosspin.  If that doesn't work, drill it out with a drill press and replace the pin.

Real easy and instructions are easy to follow. I've threaded a few with wjm's kit to rent.
