There is a trend in the AR platform to paint the weapon in a desired pattern either desert or woodland. Are there any examples of this in the AK side of the site? I hope this isn't an AK no-no but I am looking into the AK side and am  interested in this weapon. Specifically the AK74s. I am in CT and the 47 is banned and the 74s is neutered.

Folks do paint there AK's also. I have seen some in a desert brown with tiny specs and grey and black that was very sharp and very practical if you live out in a brown  color state.  WarDawg

painted AKs look cool IMO...especially the patterned ones

i prefer my AK to be as close to an original looking AK as i can get so im sticking with wood all the way around.
