receiver cut out?  I have no idea what that is, but it sounds right.  to get teh safety back in I had to 'convince' the G2 to move.  did I movce it the wronmg way or something.?

rear trigger cross pin is NOT tight.  do I need a different one?

Did you install that little spring between the trigger and the disconect?

Make sure the spring is in the discon correctly and check for the sleeve.  see picture

The G2 is a very good trigger system.

I believe you installed a double hook in a SAR rifle?  Sometimes the front part of the trigger will rub the receiver and the back side of the trigger can catch on the receiver on its reset.  If this happens you have to fit the trigger to the receiver or open up the receiver cutout a bit with a file.  I just contour the trigger areas that rub with a dremel.

nah she's a single hook.  I'm 99% sure the problem is that he G2 was put in without the 'sleeve' as it is very loose on teh inner right side.
