Can these be built on AK receivers?

For the folding stock I have not seen any just for the fixed:

Not ona standard stamped or milled AK receiver, they have a special reciever all their own. A very hard build from what iIunderstand

Glen Riddle of Magnum Gunsmithing in Oh build an underfloder VZ58 for my shooting buddy. I want one sooooo bad now. Receiver w/needed parts costs around $700. Total build was around $1100-$1200 parked and painted. A bit high for what you get but I still WANT ONE.
