I was hoping to get a 12" barrel for my Arsenal SA M-7, but before I do, I would like to get some assurance that a 12" barrel with a 4" flash suppressor is considered a legal 16" barrel. Does it matter if the suppressor is removable? Thanks.

The flash suppressor must be permanently attached to give you at least 16" overall.
