Either.

I am pretty sure the one clasp style is the factory original, but the two clasp style is in service.

gotcha. What case could i use for a Saiga-12 shotgun with 19" barrel...actually more like 21" with flash hider, and AK_100 folding stock?

RPK CASE?
SVD CASE?

I want that cool canvas look.

You got any?

I would use one of the modern Western style Russian gun cases..

I don't think that is North Korean. Cheaper Than Dirt had them a few years back for $5 and advertised them as Chinese. Same exact thing with the little paper tags stuck on all the pockets and a loop for the cleaning kit inside. I was lucky to have picked up a few. Tried to order more and they were sold out. Nice pouch from a user standpoint.
