I'm just asking to see if anyone knows about a thread adapter. I'm specifically looking to see if a thread adapter from 1/2x28 to 14x1 LH even exists. Would it be feasible to have one, or just not enough metal between threads? I really would like to put muzzle devices on my 2 Maadis--both had the threads turned off their muzzles. I don't really like the birdcage design, I would really love to get a slant break for one, and an RPK copy for the other. Here's a chance for you mechanically inclined people to make some money. I would be willing to pay to get an adapter like this. ETA: I just looked at Global Trade's website, and they have a new US slant in the smaller diameter!! That could be just the ticket I'm looking for. Solves one problem, now adapters anyone?? |
