I just acquired my 2nd seak2 and it has some rust on it and was wondering a good way to get the rust off is there anything I can soak it in anything to take it off thanks a lot for any help.

Is the rust under the park?
If it is, I'd send it back to ORF and get it refinished. This is a known issue.
