Assume you got lucky and managed to get hold of a full-auto AK-47. Further, let's assume it was actually made in Russia instead of some Chinese bring-back from Vietnam. The rifle in question runs just fine (naturally), but the finish is mostly gone, the furniture is in bad condition, maybe there's a little rust and/or pitting on it. So do you get it restored to its original condition or send it off to Chris Butler and get it converted to an AK-103 with all the trimmings? |

Swindle 1984 has been around long enough to know better than to mess with a contraband AK,therefore we have to assume its a class III. Man,I'd restore it to its original glory or leave it as a battlefield pickup.No way I'd up-grade it. edit to ask;How in the hell do you get a post count of over 9000 posts in just one year? |

Really, what's with the prison rape obsession on this board? I'm sure if someone won the lottery, told us all about it, then came back later saying he got a FA AK, he'd still be flamed (no pun intended) with everone's graphic descriptions of hot man on man action. I thought this was a gun forum, not a yaoi forum. |

The assumption that said FA AK would be illegal is just plain retarded, given the context of the hypothetical scenario. As far as the number of posts I make, let me say this: I engage in conversation on this forum. Lots of it. And I got that many posts legitamitely, without being a post-whore. So STFU. Yaio... Let's not go there. Please. Or else someone will threaten to attack with the 3rd Armored Bukkake Division and this entire forum will be locked down so fast you'll think you were in a time warp.
