I want this style of stock, however, is Russian the only one?  Or can I find something cheaper? Maybe Bulgy?  I do like how this comes with all parts neccessary.    Russian Stock from K-VAR

A lot of the bulgarian ones are actually russian anyway, so i doubt you'll find one cheaper than k-var.

Even tho this is supposed to be Russian it utilizes the Bulgy sized pivot pin. Russian uses a 5.5mm and Bulgy uses a 4.5mm pivot pin. Although this makes no difference if you don't plan on changing the stock to a solid (Russian) one. If you do, there will be some custom modifications needed.
Thats the cheapest on the market that I am aware of. Except the wire folder like the East German or Romy.
That type of stock is my favorite shooter.

Thanks for the reply!  So you say this Russian folder is your favorite shooter or the wires? What do you mean switching to a "solid" Russian one?  Russian being the best?

Sorry for the confusion, just trying to get it right.  HAHA

The skeleton stock is my favorite shooter.

why did they put the loop for the sling on the right side of these skeleton folders?

The loop would be on the left side when the stock is folded. The sling is intended to be used with the stock folded.

And you can do this to keep it out of the way when the stock is open.

I've seen many pictures of Russian Soldiers doing that with their slings.
