Had a bit of a problem with my Arsenal SA M-5, called Arsenal Inc. Las Vegas and they said send it in, they took care of the issue for free, these guys are great, outstanding customer service.

Yeah, they are.....if someone has an issue, they fix it.
I think you meant Arsenal Inc. though, in Las Vegas. Arsenal USA is now Armory USA and they're in Galveston TX.
