Well, I brought some products from them but it wasn't what I’ve expected, so I called them back and expressed my desire to return them. I talked very politely and whoever answered the phone didn’t like the word, “return” at all! I was already frustrated before even I got the package… it took literally few weeks to arrive and every time I called them, they always said.. “it will go out today”… Well, I’m not going to start the “Global” war but I’m not pleased with their service or way they talk on the phone. Moreover, I could not find a notice about that 15% restocking fee anywhere on their website. If I knew it then I wouldn’t order from them… I really don’t know what to do… damn.  |
