Good luck to you. To answer matty's question. Gary "Infomer" Gucciano from Harveyville, Kansas. The former board sanctioned gunsmith who ripped off many people promising museum quality AK's. I was lucky and received some of my main parts back but not all of them. Gary was never SANCTIONED ANYTHING here at Guns Network, all he ever was to us here was a moderator and not even a good one at that. GNS I know alot of the GoonsNet members are choking right now having to listen to the owner of the board in which they belong, lie his ass off. |
| I seem to recall at least one person visiting Gary's house, but he wouldn't answer the door. I think they have a "snowball's chance in hell" of recovering any money or parts. Money is long gone, leftover parts would get him in trouble as "stolen property" and Gary seemed much too smart for that to take him down. |

I'll go to harveyville and look for his kits, but if by some miracle the Gooch has them, I'm keeping em, as a fee for my "services". Hell, that's what thornton does with all his fee's. Beyond that, I'm glad to see that the Gooch stole from Thornton also. Funny, I don't remember seeing thornton's name on the list of victims that the KBI had. Ahh, surely thornton would'nt lie about that?!?! OJF |
I am no lawyer....but that sounds like extortion.... Maybe some Esquire can give us insight. |
I knew someone would ask that question. Start here: www.ak47.net/forums/topic.html?b=4&f=93&t=55825 and then come back and ask. |
KAG = Kansas Attorney General Da Gooch claimed to be a top AK-gunsmith. Send him your parts kits and $$$$ and he would build you a musuem quality AK. Well, a few people got there guns back. Some were even finished and worked. Usually people didn't get anything but bad lies in return for their kits and money. Eventually it happened to enough people that they got the Kansas Att. Gen. invovled. |
