when you type in the reply window.. click the image button.. it will open a new window asking the URL of the picture. Type it in and select ok.. then post your reply..
pic should show up.

If that fails, there is an icon on the lower left when you are typing a post that says "BOARD CODE", click it and it will give you a short tutorial with examples.

enclose the URL address of the pic with brackets and the IMG code.
