Before I cut the tang off of the rear block on my hungarian SA85M, I want to know how hard it would be to replace the rear block should I decide to return the rifle to orig configuration.

Where is the best place to go about getting a replacement block?

Thanks for your  help

Why would you cut the tangs off of the trunnion..........????

Anyway, if you decide to replace the trunnion, K-Var has what you need.

www.k-var.com/subcatmfgprod.asp?0=216&1=250&2=-1&6=1

You better have access to a 20 ton press and some rivets if you want to replace the trunnion later.

riflestocks.com has new folder adaptor that cleans up the lines quite a bit if you shave the tang

Drill rivets, whack out old rear trunion, shove in new, rivet.

Depends on the floating supply of spares. Saw a whole table full yesterday at the show; guy actually got his batch of Russian underfolder bits from JoeKen, go figure. Well-used $90 fwiw.
