Do the Bulgarian .223 mags work in Chinese .223 rifles? What mags other than Chinese work in them? AK74 with RA follower? Thanks! |

depends on what kind of chinese... i think the norinco 84s takes a specific magazine and the polytechs can use a standard .223 magazine...'if' i remember things correctly! yes, ak-74 mags with a follower swap and some clearance added at the rear of the feed lips can be made to work in the poly .223's. the norico .223 variants required the magazine with the guideway (kind of a feed ramp) built into the front of the magazine. if i scewed this up, someone will be along to correct me. i haven't messed with .223 ak's in years. |
