Here, I'll save you the pain of clicking a link and scrolling......... Dear Valued Customers, The week of 11-9-2004 thru 11-17-2004, the Rapid Fire manufacturing department will be shut down for a major shop reorganization and regrouping. - The retail store and phone lines will still be open - Shipping will continue with small delays - Warranty work will be the first priority when we start up on the 18th I feel we need to reorganize in preparation for some major projects coming in the future (got lots of irons in the fire). The retail store got its renovation over the weekend (yeah, had to do that one more time!!). The layout of the manufacturing department is getting a complete makeover, and we have some new equipment due in end of the week. In order to better serve our rapidly growing customer base, we have purchased two other small manufacturing companies, one in Dayton Ohio, and one in Greensboro North Carolina. Most of that equipment will be arriving over the next couple weeks and we are preparing for all this right now. We also are adding another addition to our facility (the new warehouse we had done is just too small) and it will give us an additional 40'x125' to expand our operations. Ground work should begin in about 2 weeks. I apologize if this causes any delays or inconvenience in getting your order completed, warranty work done, or new project delayed. It's just a week and I would greatly appreciate your patience with Ohio Rapid Fire. Our ultimate goal is to provide the gun community with as many superior quality firearms and accessories as we possibly can. Thank you for your time and your continued business, Todd Grove (Owner, Ohio Rapid Fire) |
