Any of the common 14x1 muzzle devices for AK rifles will work, almost every vendor stocks at least one or two types. Global Trades has a bunch. You can buy a threading kit from Dynasystems, they have muzzle devices as well. To restore the bayo lug you'll need a new gas block. Polytechparts.com might have them. It's not a terribly eay fix considering the work involved.

JMHO, but if I had a MAK90 I'd just go with one of the pin-on AK-74 style brakes that run about $15 and be done with it. (If your MAK has the cleaning rod i.e. early import or .223, you could probably modify the cleaning rod retainer on the gas block to accomodate a bayonet but it wouldn't work with the pin-on style brakes)

Be advised.  This is a new barrel.  The breech must be cut for the extractor, the gas port must be drilled, and the front sight needs to be drilled and pinned.
