Just bought 900 rounds of Norinco (China Sports) 7.62x39 sp and two brand new German 30 rd mags for 100 bucks ? Is this stuff any good ? |
Doesn't sound bad to me, Norinco SP hasn't been imported for 10 years. Likely never again with our policies towards Chinese guns, ammo, and parts. I've whacked a number of groundhogs with the stuff, it doesn't really expand because of the steel case but it fragments pretty good and did the job. I usually found multiple exit wounds from it breaking up. Be nice to see a range report comparing it to the newer Russian loads...

So It looks as if I did OK on the ammo ($80 for 900 rds) since it was cheaper than Wolf. But paid too much for the E German Mags (2 x $13) Well Im learning ..... no its a green and white box imported by ChinaSports in Ontario Canada Since Im not a collector, Im taking this is good range/fun ammo then ? |
