Sure, as long as the wood in question is made for milled receiver AKs it should fit. Keep in mind that some fitting is required when installing wood furniture on any AK.

If you put an original AK-47 wood buttstock on the rifle, you will probably have to have the stock modified to take a sling swivel, since early AK-47's had the rear swivel on the side of the receiver.
