Please read the Cecil County story on the front page of the forum. I just spoke to a friend of mine and confirmed our conversation with a house of delegates source. The Democrats are hopeing to push this bill ( house bill 288) through at the last hour. If they do they can override a veto from the gov. ARs, AKs, SKS with removable mags, M1A, M1 carbines and others will be BANNED in our state. All existing guns will have to be registered and no in state transfers will be allowed. By Sept. we will be out of luck. Please write to all of the Democrats in the senate and house of delegates. Remind them that this is "THE FREE STATE" because our forefathers used their assault weapons to gain our freedom! Please help and put a stop to this before it is too late. |

| I spent all day in Annapolis, Tuesday, with the other 150+ opponents of the bill. I have to admit she was flat-lined in the morning, but by the end of the day she was in critical but stable condidtion. I haven't written her off yet. Fingers crossed and holding the phone while pecking out more e-mail to my list of Senators.. |
