| centerfire systems new catalog has romaks 3 for sale with cut down barrels. seems silly to me ,the only benefit the rifle has with the long barrel. i think these things must not be selling very well. with the introduction of kits and now this im hoping the price will continue to drop. id like one in its correct length with a choate thumbhole and painted black handguards and a po 3x9x42 zoomer. |
Excellent Condition! The Dragunov Paratrooper is a rare version of the Romanian Romak 3. The paratrooper features a 17 inch barrel, receiver has side rail bracket installed to accept original or after market optics and mounts, the original 5rd and 10rd magazines fit, and includes original Romanian muzzle brake. These rifles will not be available until late January 2004. I spoke with Troy Sellars this afternoon while he was working the local gunshow in Knoxville. These rifles offered by CFS have not been manufactured yet. A friend of Troy's will be making them as soon as he receives his manufacturing license. They are not "original paratrooper" rifles. KF |
