it is manufactured by brugger & thomat.
b & t is a suisse company. they are known for products that are of high quality and great exspense (at least in the usa). this thing, however, is beyond me. |

B&T also has a rear sight block mount on their website. I'm not sure how it works but it looks like it replaces the rear sight and allows use of irons while mounted.

The lense caps wouldnt even clear the front sight. At least it doesnt look that way in the pic.
