I have some Norinco steel core ammo on stripper clips that I want to sell but am not sure if this stuff is still legal to sell. I do know it is illegal to import into this country anymore. Can someone help me out.

Its my understanding that an Individual can sell it but not a Dealer.

that is my understanding as well, private person OK to sell.......FFL no, I have no idea why

That is true, a dealer can not sell it, but a private individual can.
