I will be send my AK-47 kit and OOW receiver to a smith for a built should I have the receiver heat treated or not?

I've got nearly a case of ammo through my OOW (ITA) reciever and not one problem with it. Even the ejector looks just peachy and I put the bitch togather with my own three hands.

I would do it. $35 dollars isn't much to pay to stick to true AK spec. Do it right the first time. Might as well have AK-USA build the gun too, that would save time and shipping cost, and they are good builders too.

I'm also betting that the heat treating could easily add more then $35 dollars in value down the line should you choose to sell it.
