I know the SAR rifles are, what about SAM7s any Arsenal style,
I have a friend interested but unsure what can be brought in legally.

I'm not sure, but I think you can only have the single stack 10 round type AK's in NJ, if you can even get them.  Check the local gun shop, if there are any...

As far as I know only the SAR's are legal (if you find them) I own the 1 and 2 but they are very rare and many cops will harass you at the shooting line for shooting an illegal gun (they do not know is legal)

I'm not sure which ones are legal, but you have to have a magazine that is 15 rounds or less.

All versions are legal as long as they are post ban. Call the Brick Armory in Brick and speak to Phil. He has many different ones in stock. I know Sarco currently has some SAR's in stock. They only come with 10 round magazines but you can have a 30 rounder as long as you block it to 15 rounds.

The Veprs are legal. I have a Vepr KTR 03 on order. Mak 90s are also legal. I believe the post bans are legal as long as they comply with the Fed AWB.

What about rifles such as the ROMAKS,the WUMs, and other types are these included in the "All post ban rifles are legal" post above?

Are these legal to own in NJ?

Also can these rifles be modified using the 7 us parts outlined in other parts of this board(legally in NJ) to have the pistol grip and such?

Thanks

Yes, they are all legal in NJ as long as they are post ban and are 922r ( ? ) compliant.
