Should the front sight windage be almost equal from side to side? After 25 yd zero, the front sight windage adjustment measures out at:

Left side- almost flush, 1/64", about the thickness of a stainless steel pocket ruler.

Right side- 3/64", almost 1/16".

Noticeable differance, but not much.
Is this normal? Is it a sign that something is canted, or the front post bent or drilled crooked?
Was grouping ok and hitting clays at 25 & 50.

That is normal, that is what the drum is there for.

some need windage adjustment, some don't.....I have a MAADI ARM that hits center mass of a man size target without moving the windage from dead center.

if you are one of the folks that can't stand having your front sight off to compensate for the POA, to POI....then you can alway put a RPK rear sight on it, and just adjust the windage from that.

dad, you are good to go. your sight is centered within 1/32"...a very acceptable build tolerance.

Thanks for the info, guys. Time to burn up some ammo, and have fun with the new addition.
