I have always stuck to FMJ because I prefer that load, but I have talked to numerous people who have shot the HP and SP. No one has ever given any indication that they work any differently.

A few people I know prefer the SP or the HP  over the FMJ as it shoots better in their guns.

In short, its all good.

The SAR-2 tends not to like the 70 grain ammo, but in rare cases some guns like it best.  My dads gun will shoot 1 1/2 inch groups with it, but won't shoot the 59 or 60 grain ammo for crap.  This is an exception though.

My Cur-2 never failed me for the thousands of rounds and 4 different types of ammo I used.  Never had any sort of feed or firing problem.  Not even once.
