Looking at a for sale BAR built on Ohio Ordnance receiver and new USGI parts. Looks very nice and is LNIB with very low SN. Wants $2500 for it if it's not already sold. Seems reasonably priced to me but what do you guys think?
Any experience or knowledge of their receivers?

Thanks

Their product is pretty good, I've shot both the Ohio Ordinance semi and a Marlin Rockwell 1918, and I found them comparable in recoil and feel.

Price seems about right to a little high for a used one.  They are in the high 2Ks new.

at knob creek, oow had new ones for $2850, iirc.

used ones sell at $2000-2500 in my area. i saw one get snatched for $2k like it was free! i saw another oow bring $2200 just about as fast.

other than .30-06 ammo being a little pricey, the rifle is a fine investment.

for the same, or less, money, you may want to check out the johnson rifle...very collectible and great shooters.
