You do not need to replace the front trunnion, but you will need to replace the rear sight block and will have to modify the gas tube to interact with the AKSU pattern gas tube retention. Or you could use an Ultimak gas tube to circumvent it.
ETA: Here's one I did years ago when Draco's were all over the place:
