[ARCHIVED THREAD] - SLR 104ur side folder

I have a SLR 104ur that has the side folding polymer stock and I purchased an triangle stock, now to get the stock to lock in the open position I have to press the detent area on the right side of the rifle. Why and how would I go about fixing this?

They are generally very tight and need to be broken in. Open and close it several times to wear it in.

I did something similar with my 107, it locks open fine but is a pain to fold, I don't fold it anyway so it doesn't bother me so much.

I would just continue using it until it wears in.

Great thank you I just purchased some wood hand guards from a forum member so now it'll actually be completed minus the Kobra sight
