I'm considering getting a c39v2, but I'd like to know if it would be compatible with my surefire socom762. Anyone know if the surefire adapter will work fine with the c39v2?

Century arms didn't have a definitive answer

If the rifle has 14x1 threads of that of a standard 7.62 ak/akm then it should work, considering that the threads are concentric to the bore (for suppressor use, if not, your most likely just fine even if the threads aren't quite straight).  If I recall right, Century says that the threads are true to the bore on those rifles.

Edit: I don't know if a suppressor can hook up to the flash hider in question, but I assumed so.

The threads are 14x1 and yes they are concentric and suppressor ready

Yeah I knew the thread pattern and that they were concentric.

I also know the adapter will fit my suppressor.

The question is, will the adapter fit with the suppressor on this particular rifle.

Century arms mentioned something about possibly not having enough "shoulder" (whatever that means) but was not definitive in saying no

I don't know much about suppressors as we can't have them here and I haven't look into it much, but I think shoulder may refer to direct thread suppressors...maybe?
