Anyone own this US Machinegun Polymer stock? Is it halfway decent quality plastic?

Plastic stock

I'm torn between that one and this billet one:

Billet

Not a matter of cost. Mostly a matter of weight. Lighter is nice for me but at the same I'm not sure if I prefer the little more of a weight on the stock to counterbalance the front heavy M92 Pap.

I wouldn't go plastic for those stocks unless your in a cold environment, but your in TX.

Texas can get pretty damn chilly, but some paracord wrapped around the stock would help a lot.

Ended up ordering the billet one. Liked how it looked better and wanted a wee bit more weight towards the back.

I'd figure that the plastic one might get kind of brittle in the cold..

Naw, modern plastic is fine in cold and warms up better than aluminum. Either way, I think you made the better choice.
