Did any of the AK producing countries come out with a segmented cleaning rod? Something that could be screwed together but stowed away in the stock?

The Yugo M76 had a segmented cleaning rod, wasn't stowed in the stock however.

Same with PSL, 3 piece cleaning rod but stored in mag pouch. East Germany produced a unique cleaning kit but it used the standard cleaning rod.

Some of the Soviet LMG/MG used a screw together segmented cleaning rod. I have a Russian made 3-piece but don't remember which platform it was made for. When assembled it is a typical AK cleaning rod, just longer. It will not fit in a butt stock though, at least none I have ever seen. East Germany also made some different types of "pull through" cleaning kits for the AK platform. Compact but they do not store in the stock either.
