whats the going rate for these? last time i seen any on gunbroker it seems they were selling around 100 and up, but that was along time ago. i know what the norincos go for ,but not sure with the polys

A Hundred is still about right, but "we" are in panic mode, so you may be able to get more.

There's 2 on the EE right now for $75 ea. Not sure if they are Polytech or not, but they are supposed to be for a Chinese .223 rifle.
