will this adapter allow me to use the following stock (stock on the mini draco) on my saiga?  i know i'd need to cut the tang off to use it.

yes it does - it uses the ace pattern which the red jacket stock (pictured) has. Tang will require amputation.

Probably, or if you wanted the tang back you could just pull the rear trunnion and install a new one.

Like HWI said, no.

But if you're in the Tulsa area, I have the tools to help you rivet a new rear trunnion if you decide you don't like it. Its a pretty easy operation, shouldn't take more than an hour.

I appreciate the offer.  I live in the OKC area so a drive to Tulsa for gun stuff wouldn't be terrible at all.
