I have a wire folder (Rommy push-button) that has a fair amount of play when in its extended position about its axis of rotation. So the POA can pivot left/right.
I put some JB weld on the back where the mounting block joins with the wire stock. I built this area up about 1/8" and that fixed the problem...until it fell off. My next step is to put a waffle pattern with a cut-off wheel/dremel to give the JB Weld some tooth to grab on to. I think this will fix the problem, but I was curious if you guys have any suggestions or fixes that worked for you. |
