Take a regular gas tube, and cut it down, flare it with a socket, add regular hand guards to AMD.

At least I'm assuming what your question was, I can't see it now

Just wanted to change handguard lower.

Lower handguard will be trim to fit, trial and file.

Make sure if you cut an upper gas tube to cut it a little long before
you flare it and then trim to fit once you have the desired diameter.
