I have a Bulgy AK47 that has a neutered FSB. I`ve been wanting to change it..... If its done properly could it affect accuracy?

No.It shouldn't. Just as long as it is installed properly with no cant and is the correct FSB. Be careful to not damage the barrel in the process.
