I placed an order with them over the weekend and still haven't been billed. I called them yesterday and the lady on the phone said it was still processing. Are they really that slow or are they just getting hit with the same buying scare thats going around?

Hmmm. To be honest, I think a 48 hour turn around is still decent/acceptable in this industry.

I think WalMart and Amazon have ruined people in terms of what to expect for shiPping times.

If its not moving by noon tomorrow, I would have issue.

But if you ordered it over the weekend, they wouldn't even know about it until Monday AM at the earliest.

Why you complaining? They are completely legit.

I'd imagine they don't process orders over the weekend so on monday morning they have a pile to get through so it takes a day or two.

I've always had good service from Rguns, but I know others have had issues with them.

Ordered new Izzy mags from them a few weeks ago. Placed the order in the am and it shipped that evening. Always great service in my experience.

I've made a total of about 6 or 7 orders with them and I've never had a problem, last purchase was a krink kit. Maybe they are busy.

RGUNS has good rep, they are simply bombed with orders like most places.

longer waits and higher prices are here for the rest of the year.
