I was wondering if its normal for the shell casings on my sgl31 to eject far forward and to the right. My old ak 47 never did that.
Thanks |

Oh that makes sense. My old ak is a wasr! lol If the action on the WASR doesn't feel like it's dragging or sticky when you pull it by hand, then the gas vent might be a bit undersized. Not really a problem worth fixing though. If it runs fine that way, just leave it as is. |

I had seen this a long time ago and liked it. If your rifle is functioning fine I wouldnt mess with it. http://i1022.photobucket.com/albums/af342/cruciantime/arejectionpattern.jpg Someone had to post this. I don't think this corresponds to the AK, though. |

I count my foreword ejecting sgl31as a win because I don't have to clean up any casings at the public range! Agreed. I also don't have to worry about pelting the guy to my right with cases. I'd usually bring the WASR and another gun to the range and only bring the WASR out if I could get the rightmost bench or had a mostly empty range. |
