Does anybody have any idea on the level of quality of these guns? According to the listing it states that they use original Bulgarian barrels...
http://www.atlanticfirearms.com/storeproduct917.aspx Also can anyone comment on the level in general of Vector Arms built Kalashnikovs? |

When I called Vector few months ago, they said that they use U.S. barrels in their builds.
Call Vector and ask them. They answer the phone. Get correct information directly from the manufacturer. http://www.vectorarms.com/contact.html |

Also can anyone comment on the level in general of Vector Arms built Kalashnikovs? I have owned two Vector underfolders. The first one I bought back in late 2004. It was a very nice rifle. Built on a matching Polish parts kit. Nice parked finish. Very small amount of play in the stock but overall lockup was good. I regret selling it and the only reason I did sell it was to fund a Khyber Pass build in late 2007. https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-64W60dj-Okc/TmbUs023FeI/AAAAAAAABc8/YJN7DBAoKWg/s512/polish%252520underfolder.png I just recently bought another Vector underfolder. It too has a nice parked finish and absolutely no play in the stock. I took it to the range last week and it shot more accurately than my SGL21. From what I can tell, I think this Vector was built using Polish and Bulgarian parts. The barrel is chrome lined but it's an older Vector build, from back when Euro barrels were not banned. I would highly recommend Vector! https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-10OvvMGians/TmbUv9bQueI/AAAAAAAABdA/yLjB5OPyrnw/s512/IMG_0701.JPG Are you sure that first UF has a Polish UF stock and not a Romanian?
